Tap Into Your Peace & Calm
As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2010, my goal is to help your body and mind feel balanced and whole. Situated in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help people adapt their own expression of the poses. Invite peace, calm, and renewed energy into your being through healthy movement and mindfulness meditation practices with me.

It was once I stopped searching for the home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself, I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and a body that have decided to be whole.

Aerial Silk
Fly & Release
My Aerial Silk classes are welcoming to all levels and ages providing body and mind with a sense of freedom, exploration and joy. I teach Aerial Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Barre, Aerial Yin Yoga and Aerial Kids Flyers based on the Fly & Release method created by Jodi Kobrin. Whether you want to flow and build strength or experience deep relaxing stretches in the open hammock, my aerial classes offer versatility for all levels and ages... including tweens and teens.

Slow Flow
Breathe & Align
Slow Flow is perfect for when you want to restore energy with breath centered yoga flow sustaining longer holds supported by props to encourage optimal healthy alignment and gentle transitions linking postures. Take time to stretch, strengthen and soften tension supported by blocks, bolsters, straps, and yoga blankets adapted to your needs.

Barre Fusion
Sweat & Sculpt
Barre Fusion is a low impact full body workout that pushes you to find your endurance edge and strength through high repetition small isometric movement. The focus is on conditioning, toning and stabilizing muscles in alignment using light weights, resistance, and ballet barre conditioning to emphasize proper technique form and refine posture. This is a fun upbeat energizing class utilizing yoga poses for active rest between rep sets.

Guided Meditation
Surrender to Stillness
My short 20 minute guided meditation sessions are a welcome and much-needed break from the regular stress of daily life using mindfulness based techniques of observing breath, body scanning, visualization, and sensory awareness. Grab a cushion and yoga blanket and sink in to a comfortable seat for a calming guided meditation that leaves you feeling centered and rejuvenated.
